Booking Information
To make sure your getaway is perfect, here’s what you need to know before booking.
Payments
The full balance for your booking must be paid no later than 14 days before your hire dates.
We charge £1.80 per mile (based on a 4 way round trip at 45p/mile)from our base in BH23 7EF.
Deposits
A 25% holding deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates.
We may also require a refundable security deposit to cover any damages.
Site Requirements
We are based in The New Forest and cover most of the South West.
To set up your tent we need a flat grass area with good access for a medium sized van.
Cancellations
If you cancel 30 days or more before the hire date, your booking deposit will be refunded.
Bookings will not be cancelled due to bad weather unless deemed unsafe.
